Fred Hobbs

Fred Hobbs, age 83, of Pittsburgh, passed away on January 6, 2013. He is the beloved father of Frederick (Georgette) Hobbs, Richard (Latarasha) Hobbs, Diane Bennett, Anthony (Sandy) Hobbs, and Cassie Hobbs (Juan A.) Monterroso; loving grandfather of 15 Grandchildren, 24 Great-Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; and cherished brother of Delores White of Ohio, and Leon Hobbs of New York.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by two sisters, Vivian Hobbs and Audrey Smith. 

Fred was a proud US Army Veteran, who enjoyed playing music and Dominoes.  He was very social and will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known him. A graveside service with full military honors will be held on Friday, January 11, 2013 at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
