Darlene M. (Casey) Ciallelli passed on Friday, June 8, 2018, if Robinson Twp., age 81. Mother of Joylene (Leon) Chiri and Lynn Marie Maroon; doting grandmother of Adara Rose and Isabelle Anne Maroon; also survived by her “adopted” daughter, Dana (Jack) Vitcavage. Darlene lived life through many lenses. A superb cook, hairdresser, interior decorator, construction manager, seamstress, detective, negotiator, armchair therapist, divorce advisor and landscape designer are only a few of her main specialties. As a mother, grandmother and President of the community club at Bent Tree Villas, Darlene knew how to nourish, nurture, and make everyone feel loved. She never left a single soul hungry. Her courage, creativity, and forthrightness brightened the lives of those around her. She always had a new project or plan she was eager to embark on, which she would tackle with panache and grace. Self-assured, blunt, and tactful, she always voiced her opinion. Darlene is and will always be in the hearts of her family. She could not help but leave an impression on all of us. It is not every day you meet somebody like Darlene. Thank you for being our mother, mentor, muse, and best friend. You will always be with us, this we know. You have done your job well. Until we meet again, we know that you will be keeping those angels in line. Private arrangements by the JOSEPH M.
