Coni Jo Francisco, wife of Felix Francisco of Washington, and mother of Miguel Francisco also of Washington, passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2018.

Friends are invited to a gathering in Coni’s memory on Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM at Piatt and Barnhill, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington, PA 15301.

Coni was always known as a smiling face at Penn Commercial. She brought joy to those around her and made the college life more bearable. She was like a mother and best friend figure into one. She is a wonderful woman and I hope she rests in peace. She will be missed by many, but never forgotten. She will always be with us, looking down on us from above. We miss you, Coni.
