William Carl Richards Jr., age 80 of Pittsburgh passed away peacefully on April 7, 2018.
Born on July 23, 1937, he was the son of the late Ella and William Carl Richards Sr.
Cherished uncle of Theresa (Robert) Ziegler, Kathy (Lee) Lions, Connie Crane, and Robin (Wayne) Moran; also survived by many great nieces and nephews.
