Whitney Paige Sanders, age 44, of Cecil Township, passed away on June 28, 2024.
Born on April 19, 1980, she was the daughter of Samuel and the late Brenda Skeen.
Beloved wife of 25 years to JP Sanders; devoted mother of Gwen Sanders; dear sister of Robert Judd Skeen; daughter in law of John and Jennie Sanders; also survived by extended family members, nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her daughter Alyssa Paige Sanders.
Whitney graduated from South Hills Christian School. Ever since Whitney was a little girl she had a passion for horses and was a competitive English Jumper. She made Caustelot Farms in Cecil Township her second home and family. In addition to horses, she loved all animals, later operating 2×2 Animal Rescue. Whitney loved spending time with her family, especially on the yearly trip to Myrtle Beach and snow skiing in the winter. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family and friends are welcome on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 from 4-8 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Rd., McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546. A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Gardens on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 12:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Caustelot Farms, 39 Oblock Lane, McDonald, PA 15057.
