Violet E. Hageter

Violet E. Hageter, age 73, of Lawerence, PA, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on May 1, 2024. Born on October 22, 1950, in Washington, PA, she is the daughter of the late Lambert and Mildred Pattison.

Violet was Arthur Hageter Jr’s better half, married for 55 years. She loved him until the end. She was the mother of John (Deb) Hageter, Mike (Liz) Hageter, Rhonda (Jeff) Stone, Javan (Vanessa) Hageter. She was blessed with 10 grand-children and 3 great-grandchildren.

Violet was a wonderful woman who is loved, is missed, and will always be cherished. She was an extraordinary mother, who was her children’s biggest cheerleader who left them with a legacy of faith that will ripple through generations. Her greatest joy was being Nini/Mimi to her grandchildren and her only regret was not getting to watch her great grandchildren grow. Her life is surely a lesson on what love looks like.

A celebration of Violet’s life will be held on Wednesday, May 8th, at 11AM at the Faith Chapel in Lawrence, PA. 9 Lawrence St, Lawrence, PA 15055. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Faith Chapel. All arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care.
