Ruth E. Petras

Ruth E. Petras, age 83 of Lawrence, PA passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. Born on December 3, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Mary and Chester Harrington and she was the step-daughter to Dave Ritchie. Beloved wife to Richard Petras for over 60 years. Loving mother to Michael (Lauren) Petras, Marc Petras, Renee (Tony) Castelveter. Cherished grandmother to Robert Petras, Alison (Jonathan) Ogurchak, Becca (Gary) Pierpont, Madison Castelveter, Ryan and Julia Petras. Dear great-grandmother to Wylie, Levi and Violet Ogurchak and Kaelyn and Brayden Pierpont. Loving sister to Lois Selva. Ruth was preceded in death by her son Richard “Richie” Petras and her siblings Chester, Jimmy, Paul and Eunice.

Ruth loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchilren and she will be dearly missed.
