Nancy Brunko-McCloskey

Nancy Brunko-McCloskey Age 80, of North Strabane Township, went peacefully to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 11, 2018 after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. Nancy was born in Pittsburgh to Clifford and Nancy Clydesdale-Knapp. She graduated from North Allegheny HS and went on to be a successful real estate broker. Her passions were painting, her horses, her many pets, her friends and her family. She is survived by her husband William McCloskey, her daughter Susan Brunko (Peters Twp.) her son Randy Brunko (Eighty-four), her first husband Wade Brunko (South Park) and her brother David Knapp (Brandon, FL).

At the request of the family, there will be no services.

Dear Brunks and McCloskeys, Was shocked to find that Nancy is already in a better place. I was lucky to have many childhood memories with her and Elizabeth Heim at her grandmother, my Aunt Lizzie’s. There were huge family dinners, warm -hearted Jenny, serious Sally, gentle big Nancy, and Nancy who kept us all laughing. She kept her grandmother on her toes., wonderful to call and remember... God bless....
