Clifford John Campbell

Campbell, Clifford John, Age 82, of Carnegie, after a valiant battle with Parkinson’s disease and Congestive Heart Failure, went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, November 10, 2018, surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Mary Elizabeth (Fitzgar) Campbell and his five year old brother, Edward Clarence Campbell. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 59 years, Priscilla Joan (Pearce) Campbell, daughter, Sally Ann (Campbell) Shollenberger of Carnegie, son, John Henry Campbell (Cindy) of Oakdale, and his sister Mary Elizabeth Campbell of Scott.

John treasured his five grandchildren, Josiah Scott Shollenberger (Mary Rose), Julia Anne Shollenberger-Cooper (Joshua Armedia), Samantha Faith, John Henry Jr., and Eric Michael Campbell, along with two great-grandsons, Logan Quinn and Decklin Alan Cooper.

John loved hunting and fishing, as well as his West Hills Baptist Church family where he could always be found swapping a new or old story with someone.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, formerly Somma Funeral Home, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136,from 1:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-9:00 PM. A Service will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, beginning at 11:00 AM at the West Hills Baptist Church, 259 Shafer Road, Coraopolis, PA 15108, with Pastor Larry Walker officiating. Everyone should meet at the church by 10:30 AM.
